What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Project content: what you enter about your business ideas, assumptions, evidence, financial estimates, tasks and results.
• Contact messages: your name, email and message, sent to us by email.
• Technical data: a session cookie needed to keep you signed in, and server logs (IP address, time, page requested) kept for security.
• AI usage records: when you ask for a suggestion, we record the date, the type of request, token counts and estimated cost. We do not store the text sent to or received from the AI provider beyond the suggestion you choose to save.

How we use it

To provide the service to you, keep it secure, reply to messages, and monitor cost and reliability. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your project content to advise other clients or to train AI models.

Service providers

Our hosting provider stores the data. If AI suggestions are enabled, the relevant parts of your project are sent to the AI provider to produce the suggestion, under terms that do not permit training on your data. The provider will be named here before launch.

Your choices

• Download all your data from your account page at any time.
• Delete any project, or your whole account, permanently from within the app.
• Ask us any privacy question using the contact page.

Retention

Your data is kept until you delete it or your account. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
